Meet Farhad

Farhad grew up in a Tabrizi family where good food meant care, patience, and generosity.
He learned cooking from his mother, whose food brought everyone to the table.

After years of cooking for friends and family and hearing the same thing again and again: “You should sell this.”  Farhad decided to share it with more people.

Today, every batch is still cooked the same way: at home, in small quantities, with the same ingredients we’d proudly serve to our own family.
